The Town of Palmer historically is sited at the crossroads of seven New England railroads, hence the nickname "Depot Village" for the town. And hence, the name "Depot Plaza" for our shopping center adjacent to Downtown Palmer at 1581 North Main Street, about a mile from Exit 8 of the Massachusetts Turnpike (Route 90).
Anchored by a brand new, 16,800 square foot Rocky's Ace Hardware store and garden center, Depot Plaza contains a total of 46,100 square feet. Other tenants include the Movie Gallery, Verizon Wireless, Diane & Company hair salon, H&R Block, Apollo Pizza Restaurant, Tang's Restaurant and Bank of America.
