Century Shopping Center, a draw for shoppers from Western Massachusetts and northern Connecticut, has been a high-traffic retail destination in the region for more than 50 years.
Located on Memorial Avenue (Route 147) in West Springfield, MA, Century Center is close to Interstate 91, Route 5, Route 20 and the Massachusetts Turnpike (Rt. 90). Each day, more than 30,000 vehicles pass by the center, which has a total leased area of 285,000 square feet.
Century Center has been a home to many "firsts" in Greater Springfield. T.J. Maxx, Stop & Shop, Bob's Discount Furniture and Modell's all chose to make their Western Massachusetts debuts at Century Center.
The Center is easily accessible from Downtown Springfield, just across the Connecticut River. It is also at the crossroads of regional attractions such as the Basketball Hall of Fame, the Big E, Six Flags, the Springfield Convention Center and several colleges and museums.
